Having been a hawker since the age of 16, Mr. Lee has been running his little company for over 30 years alongside his beautiful wife. Mr. Lee will personally go to the wet market at 5.00am to pick the finest quality chicken to preserve the quality of his delicacies. Fried chicken (roasted chicken) and poached chicken are offered in this stall. Now, the interesting portion of it is here. The fried chicken is produced from battery chicken while the poached chicken is produced from chicken from kampong. Regulars enjoy how juicy, tender and bouncing chicken meat is compared to periodic battery chicken texture. Even the skin is soft and smooth with a delightful natural flavor produced in each bite from the chicken. They will drizzle a combination of soy sauce and sesame oil on top of the chicken before handing the chicken over to you, which will completely balance the natural flavors of the chicken. Even the rice with a hint of greasiness provides it a really good chicken flavor. Next to the dish is served as condiments, homemade chili sauce and chicken soup. The chili sauce tastes savory spicy while it has a pleasant pure chicken flavor in the watery soup. It&#8217;s literally the soul&#8217;s chicken soup.
