Now it&#8217;s a bit old, but with large spacious and clean rooms and large\ntoilets, it&#8217;s a great value for your cash. They upgraded the televisions, so in\nour space we had a large flatscreen Samsung TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthe hotel&#8217;s cellar there are some restaurants and cafes, as well as a 7-Eleven,\nand a food court in the Foodrepublic with lots of great and inexpensive food\njust across the highway, which is very convenient. A couple of occasions we had\ndinner there, and the food was delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nbus no. 36 stops right outside the hotel, it is simple to get to and from the\nRendezvous Hotel to Changi Airport. Although the Rendezvous Hotel is not the\nlatest hotel in the city, in a great and otherwise costly place it provides\nexcellent value. We took the MRT from the airport to  Swissotel The Stamford and for both of us we paid only S$4, and it took half an hour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The  Swissotel The Stamford  71st floor Bar Rouge offers wonderful views and delicious cocktails. The Cafe Swiss &#8216; buffet breakfast and lunch is excellent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The  Swissotel The Stamford rooms are very quiet, even though the hotel is in the center of everything. The room&#8217;s free Nespresso and TWG tea is a pleasant bonus, with balconies in most rooms. Ask for one of the freshly renovated rooms.
