One thing you shouldn&#8217;t miss is to add to your noodle order the &#8220;sui kow&#8221; (dumpling). The dumplings are packed with hazelnut meat, carrots and jicama that provides it a little crunch. My private order for this street food is a soup bowl of &#8220;tear&#8221; noodles with 2 &#8220;sui kows&#8221; that just fills me up nicely.
