An enormous fan of the breakfast-lunch combo myself, I often find myself spoilt for decision when it comes to selecting brunch areas from which to dine. It’s just too many! But here we succeeded in narrowing it down to a few notable Best Cafe In Singapore serving brunch that are certainly worth the trip this weekend for a fully satiated stomach.
Cafe in Singapore are a dozen dime. And as we all understand, brunch nowadays is becoming a staple in most of our daily lifestyles in Singapore, enabling for a late morning sleep-in particularly during weekends. So, we said’ hey, let’s find the best brunch-serving cafes in Singapore! Which resulted in this article.
1. The Populus Coffee & Food Co.
One of the Cafe in Singapore ,Populus is renowned for being one heck of a brunch location, constantly plagued by snaking queues. They are particularly well-known for Buckwheat Pancake (S$18.50), Populus Scramble ($18) and their bowls of grain and donburi.
Their smooth and fluffy Buckwheat Pancakes. The compote of berry fruit and a mildly sour mixture of passionfruit curd also create the pancakes varied in flavour. The pancakes also go well with their thyme-infused maple syrup surrounded by cornflake crumbs. The edible flowers also add the unique touch of Instagram to the dish.
So,If you prefer something savourer, the Populus Scramble is extremely suggested. The croissant was flaky and had a generous part.As well as scrambled eggs and cheese in and out of the beautiful mess with strips of bacon snaking.
2. Common Man Coffee Roasters
Common Man Coffee Roasters has been around for quite a while now, but if you’re an avid cafe hopper, it’s definitely one of those restaurants you have to visit. The coffee-centred joint is located along 22 Martin Road, serving an all-day brunch menu along with a wide variety of new in-house brews. So,they serve a lovely Benedict Organic Eggs (S$24) with tender, braised ox cheeks, two poached organic eggs, and hollandaise chive.
All these condiments are placed on top of a slightly toasted sourdough toast and a rocket salad bed. We really enjoyed the refreshing tweak on CMCR’s version of the eggs benedict because this was something distinct from the usual. They have redefined one of the most famous breakfast products to date by making it their own.
3. Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro
Nestled inside the Tanglin Post Office is the Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar, which is not just a Singapore cafe, but actually quite difficult to classify because it’s basically all rolling into one.
It’s a collected bakery, bistro, restaurant, takeaway place, and bar in one cosy room. Their brunch / breakfast menu is also quite impressive, serving products from blessed eggs to heart-warming sandwiches. And they certainly don’t forget their bread. Their bread is fantastic. Try a homely, comfortable touch with their almond brioché or cheddar cheese soft bread.
4. The Providore Raffles Place
The new ingredients of The Providore almost ensure a wonderful experience.Full of excellent landscapes and even better food at this well-known cafe in Singapore.Using artisanal, premium products directly from their very own, newly opened modest establishment,’ The Grocery.’Our favourites were their Croque Madameme (S$18.50) and Ricotta Pancakes (S$17.50), and one would certainly agree that The Providore serves a great brunch menu.
Therefore, their pancakes were light and fluffy, made for a ideal combo, packed with the thicker, soft ricotta cheese. The Providore@Pasarbella now offers only cooking classes alongside its bakery and sandwich-serving deli. So,the brunch takes place at Raffles Place in their new shop.
5. Elixir Boutique Roasters
This was an elevated and sophisticated iteration of our beloved beef rendang.Made with the unique Repah recipe of the chef and served with blue butterfly pea rice. You can eat to the content of your heart with free-flowing butterfly pea coconut seeds.
As I cut into the beef, but there was almost no resistance.Combined with the wealthy spices and cheek marbling,.Each mouthful was delicious and exemplified the chef’s skills. The Brûlée French Toast (S$18) is something you cannot miss for those out there with a sweet tooth.
A cornucopia of stone fruits, berries and edible flowers. Are sitting on top of a chunky brioche slice with a dollop of homemade Chantilly cream. A true eye-catching sight.
This wealthy, eggy brioche is immersed in a blend like a custard and fried on a griddle. They’re taking it a step further at Elixir Boutique Roasters and torching their toast three times to get a crisp, mildly burnt caramel edge. The Chantilly cream was light and sweet while there was excellent contrast between the tart berries.
A seemingly easy toast fruit dish, but well performed with each portion. Elixir Boutique Roasters chooses coffee beans carefully to highlight a growing region’s particular flavour notes. This joe cuppa (S$4, Black) was made from Antigua Santo Domingo, Guatemala’s coffee beans.
Specialized in Elixir
I’m not a enormous coffee drinker, so it was a bit intimidating to have coffee black. I was wondering how pleasantly but I liked it. I found hot hazelnut notes, brown sugar hints, and even sweet chocolate. After this cup, I might be a convert.
Because perhaps you will never again look at coffee the same way. Probably one of the only restaurants to specialize made coffee-centred cocktails is Elixir Boutique Roasters. These tipples will certainly make brunch even more fun than they are already. A novel performance on an Amaretto Sour, Killer Queen (S$15) is a light. So,refreshing way to complete your dinner.
With a splash of Disaronno hazelnut amaretto, this feminine beverage ingeniously includes a house-made cascara (coffee cherries) syrup. This delightful drink had to be one of my top decisions.
As well as with almonds being the prominent flavour. So,these cafes weren’t listed here, which doesn’t mean they’re not tasteful, they might not have been discovered yet. As a visitor to Singapore, you have to appreciate finding because many surprising delicious hidden foods or cafes here.

Thanks for your post. My spouse and i have generally noticed that many people are wanting to lose weight since they wish to show up slim as well as attractive. Even so, they do not constantly realize that there are other benefits to losing weight as well. Doctors assert that obese people have problems with a variety of disorders that can be directly attributed to the excess weight. The good news is that people who sadly are overweight and also suffering from several diseases can reduce the severity of their illnesses through losing weight. You’ll be able to see a gradual but noted improvement with health if even a bit of a amount of weight loss is obtained.
