All 258 Legoland Hotel guest rooms are themed, so your family can choose from one of three popular LEGO lines – Pirate, Kingdom, Adventure or Ninjago. Rooms include two separate sleeping areas, with a king-size bed for grown-ups, and a separate area for up to three little ones, complete with a bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and their very own TV! All Legoland Hotel rooms are inclusive of complimentary signature breakfast at Bricks Restaurant. For dinner options, we have Di Mattoni – a fun Italian dining concept and Kai Sushi Bar.
PROS – Legoland Hotel :
- There are 2 big lego play areas for kids. There’s also a lego set in the room itself.
- Visitors love the disco like feel in the lifts, yes the elevators.
- The housekeeping staffs are warm and friendly.
- Great for toddlers. Lots of attractions suitable for age group 3 to 7.
- The amenities within the room were great- a secret treasure chest for kids to look for clues and the treasure is a set of lego to take home.
- Legoland Hotel is well decorated. Lego bricks and themeing everywhere.
CONS – Legoland Hotel :
- Many visitors reckon the hotel is way overpriced and the stay did not make the money worth.
- The hotel doesn’t come with any soap, shower gel, handsoap, or toothbrush.
- Food at Bricks after lunch hours is known to be slow.
- The queue for the breakfast is usually long.
- The restaurant is quite small for such huge amount of people, visitors complained about the comfort of having to share a packed space with a large crowd.
- Sushi bar and Italian restaurant are high end restaurants so unless you’re planning to go all out during your trip, they are not the wisest choice if you’re on a budget trip.
- Rooms of Legoland Hotel are a bit tired with only 2 drawers of storage for potentially 5 people.
- Frequent miscommunication with hotel staff in room assignment and breakfast service
CONCLUSION :
Nice hotel, awesome themeing and decor, but some breakdowns in communication and service standards were a little lacking. For the price paid, you’d expect the service to be a little more top notch.
