Sprout, Western food is proud and passionate about his food, and for good reason, one of Johor’s best fine dining locations. Their confit pork belly is a crispy-soft, caramel-glazed victory served with mustard aioli and pear majority, and the pan-roasted barramundi is a tender-fleshed delicacy beautifully complemented by pickled cucumbers and an emulsion of ginger. If for the rest of your life you don’t do anything else, make sure you do both of those.
